Energy-saving covers minimize elastic deformation at idler rollers — reducing rolling resistance, energy loss and drive power cost. Only the bottom cover compound is modified, so it applies to existing lines with no structural change.
How It Works
Patent & Green Technology
Patent No. 10-1900663 (energy-saving belt with natural rubber + neodymium butadiene rubber); Green Technology Certification acquired in 2019. No loss in belt lifespan while cutting drive power.
Verified by ITA, Germany
Approx. 24–29% power savings achievable, based on DIN 22123 indentation rolling resistance testing (verified March 8, 2016). Actual savings vary with line conditions and operating environment.
